Hi Guys, anyone got the membership card to the club.

Apparently, there are some admin fees although, it was supposed to be first 2-years free.

There is annual RM200 admin fee + additional RM40 admin fee per membership card

Anyone can confirm this / paid this fees.

Whose your agent ? I heard outsider agent only close sell then don't pick up phone adi . Many buyer kena adi . Last Sunday went there and notice a buyer complaining about the agent ( I think it's venture agency ) who didn't pick up phone. He was trying to ask about the TNB SYABAS thingy. Adviserable Buy from developer staff and choose those has more than 3 years service from the developer . It's better choice . : ) all my units , I bought from a developer staff who has served the company for 4 years. Even referral , he can help me bank in. No need me go collect . : ) this is the service we all wanted !

My agent works for Tropicana directly.

I don't go for 3rd party outsiders agencies as I had bad experience with a few.
