im not fairfield owner , but seem leakage still is the major issue among fairfield owner, last time attend event in TH met some of fairfield owner also talking about the leakage , but other that this , workmanship think is ok. oh ya .. no unify rite ... haha its quite serious issue . btw .. still hardly feel the 'people' in TH actually .. guess majority fairfield owner still buy for investment (hope im wrong)

the package still not yet out for outsider woo (even parkfield owner cant access also) . btw .. if the clubhouse without badminton court .. it will be a real disappointment for me , since my kids interest slowly getting into this .. hope ecohill one can open to public ... TH clubhouse is kici miao compare to ecohill one .. i dont mind take a 10mins drive to ecohill clubhouse every week

The Club house facility not finalised yet? I thought the swimming pool can use already? Since badminton is a common sport and popular in Malaysia I believe there will be one in the club house. Speaking of club house, not sure how's SEH one but so far I think Bandar Sri Sendayan d'Tempat is veli best!

TH clubhouse hall (SA claimed its badminton court) will be used for showunit for next condo launch woo .. im not sure lah .. its feedback from some forumer here . yes swimming pool got resident using it everytime i been to TH recently. SEH 360 i think potentially its the best within nearest option i have now.
