Has anyone use Yolo to pay TM Streamyx bill via MyTM? Does it qualify for 6% CB?

some possible exclusion reasons:

1) excluded due to MCC? if yes, what was recorded?
2) excluded due to description? if yes, what are the list?

keep in mind of these when asking them avoid mentioning uobpayonline, if possible.

i guess what i can ask from cs is the definition of Utilities bills and also "online mobile bill payment to all major mobile service providers"

May i know it show wat description for OCC Unifi payment?

Paid before for UniFi, entitled. Now I'm not sure, that was few months ago.
However, if I'm not mistaken both OCC and MyTM are using the same gateway.
Edit: Just noticed MyTM is using TELEKOM MALAYSIA BHD KL(HD) MY and that no longer entitles now it seems.

Same here. Didn't get CB for Unifi payment through UOB PayOnline. What's worse is, I just paid this month bill through payonline before surfing here. Another CB down the drain

Does that mean that from now on we can only get CB for unifi if we pay through OCC?

On the first day of every week in the promotion.

My RM100 CB for d 5% Overseas CB campaign was already in but in my older Platinum card.

Btw luckily got d full CB of RM50 for using uobpayonline to pay 5 tnb bills. Instead use PBB VS to pay for TM bills on Monday aiming to get 6+5% CB since tnb bills not qualified.

I don't know but I have been using it every month since VOX days.

anyway, looks like it's only telekom. TNB bill paid via uobpayonline is getting rebate, so it's not really uobpayonline problem...

For sure, we will not mention about UOB Payonline, during our phone call with UOB Customer Service.

If that is the case, what kind of payment method or website should we explain to the UOB Customer Service, when UOB Customer Service asks us on the method of paying TMNet Streamyx or UniFI Bill?

Do UOB still keep the record of the MCC for the transactions performed over a month ago?

For Maybank Credit Cards, we have to ask about the MCC on the day of the transactions. Otherwise, the record of the MCC will be purged from Maybank database after a day.
