yes, the cs may not grant u the waiver, they will accept your cancellation, only after that, the retaining team will call u to ask u whether the card is still with u or not, if still with u, they will offer you to keep the card by granting the fee waiver. this also works for my VI which I would have cancel last year.

I understand the process but retention department didn't call her. She was previously from banking industry too. smile.gif

Still not yet receive my YOLO despite it being applied almost a month ago.

Need to follow up with the bank d.

You apply online or at booth?

I applied online, received a call last week, but according to them, those applying online still have to collect the card at a branch to do fingerprint biometric verification doh.gif

Still waiting for the branch people to call me.

Some over-enthusiastic agent approached me during my shopping trip.

Being a good day for me, I signed up as I am already holding a primary UOB card.

He told me 2 weeks at most only.

Till today no news bruce.gif

I applied mine via tele-conversation with CS and got it via Poslaju 4 working days after that.
None of the banks has ever asked me to collect from branch unless I requested it.

For those who hold YOLO card, a gentle reminder.

Since the CVV number is printed in front of the card similar to AMEX card, please practice extra careful when you use your card for any kind of payment that needs a photo copy of the card.

For example, auto debit application may require a printed copy of the card, usually only the front will be photocopied.

why? other ppl's spending not the same as yours.

e.g. if i say i use the card to pump petrol on weekends, later you say you must pump on weekdays cannot wait till weekend.

quiz: have you read the features for One card?

I think the process is, apply additional one more YOLO Card, and then once you got your YOLO Card, then only terminate the VOX Card.
