Just paid my remaining RM 21 on Digi via UOBPayOnline and Digi website. Anyway, Digi website and Digi app are using the same payment gateway.

Does this apply to UOB only? I remembered some other banks are okay to waive after u charged.

Maybe we can file a complaint to BNM.

U guys submit EPF statement only, payslips only, or both?

Just received call from UOB, my application sangkut (AFTER 2 DAMN WEEKS) because lack of payslips doh.gif

During (online) application process all they asked for was EPF statement shakehead.gif

Ideally that's the way for all banks. Then, you should have bargaining power with banks.
Why wanna complain to BNM? On what basis? In bank's point of view, you know well that this card has AF and it is up to us waive or not even if you want to cancel it.

EPF only. Cause i apply via human (@booth). I realise i have to do more for online application and no free gift, so i sought out for booth.

Citibank is better online application though, better gift, better TAT too, IMO.
