Hi.. May I know UOB One Card Platinum, first year annual fee is it waived or not?

I wanted to apply UOB YOLO, but they gave me One card platinum instead.. swt

Meaning,
by using YOLO card,
the cash rebate will be 6% - 8%(GST and service charge) = -2 %?
Or GST 6% of 2 % service charge? which total will be 2.12% charges?
Then cash rebate will be 6% - 2.12%?
