Called on last wed to cancel VOX and apply for YOLO, CS mention help me do conversion. today the VOX card disappear from my UOB online but no sign of YOLO, just show i dont have CC.

The CS did ask me wan to use snail mail or poslaju, so i sure choose poslaju to faster received the card and spend to receive the cashback, hopefully tomorrow can receive it ready for 11.11

Call to uob yesterday, cs ask me think carefully..immediately charge annual fee after conversion.I said last time is charge from 2nd year, he said no.nvm, later I call to uob again.thanks.

What is the best and fastest way to apply for YOLO card?

Yup, some CS really not prepared. During my conversion request to YOLO, the CS ask me if I wanted Visa or Master. Surprised and ask him the difference while I quickly checked our first page. At the end, the CS said no option to select.

Will that make any difference?

can use YOLO card on LAZADA online? last time few mentioned YOLO not accepted by LAZADA....has UOB/LAZADA fixed this issue?

I received a combined statement of YOLO and VOX credit card and its billed under my VOX credit card number.

Should I pay total all to VOX credit card or pay separately for both?

Important! Calling all Yolo card holders who didn't meet the minimum annual income requirement, that is RM36k, please call to CS to confirm whether or not your Yolo card is Lite Plat or normal Plat. If Lite Plat, you will not enjoy first year annual fee waiver and it will be charged on the 2nd or 3rd statement, only 2nd year they will waive, then 3rd year onwards every year will be charged. When I called the 1st CS, she told me all this. After that I called again, another CS also said the same thing.

Only UOB PRVI Mile, Preffered Plat MasterCard and Yolo Plat have Lite version. They have the same benefits as their normal counterparts, just that if your income didn't meet the requirement, UOB will still issue you Lite version, but they won't tell you that! Even online banking and UOB website don't have any info about this! I have called to upgrade my Yolo Lite Plat to normal Plat just now. So yeah, you have been warned.

i also received the letter, but my vox is still visible in my online banking, with 22.95 outstanding balance 
previously paid to vox to clear that amount, but the auto proportion sent it to YOLO instead

already asked to transfer from yolo to vox during cancellation but still not done, i'll just leave it till this mth statement then call to cancel again
