u need to apply e-statement, then you wont receive Physical Statement (by mail).
pros: no need waste paper, easy to view, wont hilang, no other family member will know how much u spent

cons: need to use data / internet ,  got one time i forgot to pay... interest is wow.....

guys, just got this UOB one card and yolo card. May I know how do I pay my credit bills with maybank2u? Just type in the card number and pay the statement balance? Previously, thats what I did for my wise card but now I have two cards with UOB

yeah, very confusing, the sc said to me will convert batch by batch, wasted 1 month waiting now i missed this month rm50 cb

seems like all VOX CB credit but not for YOLO.
so YOLO will have later credit compare to VOX? or it was late because this month CB they need to credit CB for both VOX and YOLO

actually, i didnt request..maybe my earlier emails to them, im asking too many questions regarding cancellation..monthly fees...cash rebate and excess payment..bla2..

they decided to issued the cancellation later 

btw, checked just now, no more vox for my online banking..and funds succesfully transferred to my yolo

I called twice to cancel my Vox this morning.
First call, the CS asked me to settle the outstanding.
After paying in full the outstanding, now my Vox has been removed from my internet banking.

Question is, will I still get my unbilled transaction (5% cashback)?

For it to credit to me means I have to wait for another month's statement?

Collected my YOLO at the branch, lowest CL of 3k among platinum cards

I did the same and was told the same, too.
But my VOX is still there in UOB Online, likewise the credit balance from the cashback.

do u ask for report cancellation number?
well i did ask for the number, and just checked vox still in my account and credit too...
later monday check again and gonna call them..

the fact that they say someone from the cancellation department will call, probably means the card will officially be cancelled after they called. so, we just need to wait for the call then.

It was my CL 4 years back. I didn't bother to increase because just spent RM1k on Vox every month.

Again this goes to show Platinum cards doesn't mean anything nowadays, it is the entry card for everyone.

by the way, for those who have VOX and YOLO, does they both share the same CL?

Did 3 transactions for foreign currency yesterday night.

All 3 no SMS and TAC received, after keyed in all cc detail, straight away done for processed, how about yours ??

I remembered someone report that for Agoda hotel booking, if click for "Pay later" will not recognise as online right ??

just got my last CB from VOX, majority decides to move to YOLO? Hmm no news from the bank to auto convert my VOX to YOLO.

Is it relevant to keep One & VOX (discontinued), where I already own CIMB CR + MBB Ikhwan + HSBC Mpower + HLB Mach + MBB2Card? I do not have outstanding balances for most of the cards except MBB. I would want to strive to have good track record with BNM, can any senior advises me?

UOB rejected my AF waiver. Bye UOB.
