With MBB especially Mayank 2 card there are no additional cost/AF. This is one of the cards that have no conditions whatsoever for free AF.

You're right that credit limit depends on your salary but if I were you for this card I will go for Plat for sure

Try my luck just now at KLCC for maybank2cards..apply before lunch and the mbb staff told me can get the card in 2hours if approved..so i went back to office..then i call mbb to check my status, unfortunately got rejected..donno what is the reason..ask the customer service they told approval is subject to management..

I suspect it is due to my PTPTN load got CCRIS record which i hv settled the outstanding and have PTPTN letter saying already clear..yeah i forgot to bring along the PTPTN as supporting document..do u think i can just go back to mbb and appeal to them and show them the letter from ptptn..

i dont think it is due to high commitment as with more than 60k annual income with only housing loan rm1k and 2cars with rm1.2k should be ok i suppose

Maybank is known for being stingy. No free gift.

1) Yes you can. However, for payments in RM cannot be paid with AmEx linked PayPal. Only foreign currencies can pay with it. Local currency, you will need to link Visa/MasterCard to your PayPal. First time linking AmEx to your PayPal may not be succeeded, you will need to call Maybank to enable it.
2) No, you cannot pay a loan with another credit except for PTPTN loan which can be paid with CC.

Yes, 3 years only.

My experience recently was, no response whatsoever, I just received a letter after almost 1 month (and unfortunately, declined).

Yup, all of my income documents attached also with the credit limit increase form. Maybe will need to dial them up to ask on the status.

Alternatively, you can check your M2U whether the credit limit has increased or not.

If no increased, mean the application probably is reject.

Credit limit application within 3-5 working days to know the result
