Last time i tried to email them and they didn't follow up

in the end i walk in the midvalley maybank branch, and apply for new plat card

now i having both gold and plat card

how do i transfer the point??

or i just utilize gold card point, and cancel the gold card?

She has M2U, not sure if foreigners can apply directly there or just walk in to Gardens for easier application.
