Wanted to ask, whether I can transfer my outstanding from a credit card to any of my 2 cards online or is there even such a thing? |

FYI, this is what Maybank FB reply me when I ask about bringing credit cards to foreign countries.
Kindly be informed that there is no activation needed for credit card retail overseas transaction. For credit card usage via the overseas online website or overseas, there will be additional charge 2.25% (VISA and Mastercard) on top of the purchase while for AMEX card will be 2.5% on top of the purchase amount. Generally, there will be a PIN usage of credit card and it is subject to the country and merchant acceptance, as an example for Australia and some European Countries, you may be required to key in your Credit card PIN number. However, there are several countries are still not using the PIN & Pay method. Thank you. |
