after 1 year i resubmitted support document for upgrade to platinum 2 card
get approval with increasing 8k CL become 18k
past 2 month i apply VS in M2U and upload support document
it approve within same day only increasing up to 20k only.
As long as your annual income qualify in 60k
confirm sure approve your application , but CL wise please don't feel surprise

good to know, feels like upgrading to platinum, wondering if i'm qualified to have platinum card (in terms of income), but more than half of my income are commitments, do i still eligible to apply for that?

More importantly, toll free. Good for people who doesn't have unlimited call plans like me.

You can with just EPF form during roadshow booths, but in branches they require your salary slip and bank account statement as well. (EA and EPF not necessary)
Not sure if anything has changed recently though.

Sometimes it is not just documents.
They'll look into CCRIS & CTOS.
They'll assess your DSR.
They'll also take into consideration if your payroll account is with them.

When you apply, you hope for it to get approved.
What I shared is the reality behind the process.

But he is only asking for what documents is required to apply. If he is asking what is the criteria to be approved then that's a different story.
