That's the prorated amount for next bill. Don't worry. It's not extra charges. You will see the details when u get the next bill.

hmm ok seems is not that call charging
It's happen right after the plan I change is successfully activate

So it's still normal?
It seems is the deactivate and reactivate the data plan from Postpaid 50 to 80 does apply a Recurring fee?
Or just they put it first then recalculate during the billing come which is after 8/1?

The recurring fee is your Postpaid 50 prorated fee.

I just purchased the Prepaid Digi Broadband (RM30 package)

Found that the free streaming (Youtube) not working, all my video usage from youtube deducted from my All Day Data.

I have used up my 6GB data in one day, again reloaded with RM25 (10GB), used up 4GB over a night for youtube streaming.

No reduction of Free Streaming data pool at all

anyone facing the same problem?

Were you allocated 5GB and 60 minutes talktime for RoamBorder? If you don't have those then you haven't even signed up for RoamBorder. And you need to have international roaming activated for your account in the first place. If you're back in Malaysia, go to a Digi Store (not Digi Store Express) and ask to sign up for RoamBorder. Bring your passport just in case.

Hi folks. Wanted to ask for your opinion.

I'm using a not so old (if you consider it one year ago plan that is), that is priced RM98 for 10GB data, 3 hours of voice, 300 sms.

I'm looking at this RM110 25GB all day + unlimited 4G weekend (is it really unlimited?) plan.

[bold]The thing is when i was with my old RM98 plan, I didn't bother to switch to any other plans because of the RM10 for 8GB (valid for 7 days) which was really great for me. [/bold] To me this is important because it defeated the other more expensive plans with a bigger value.

New plan gives free calls (but not sms), and much bigger quota (since mine is 10GB with 3GB rollover, or was it 4?) and this one gives 25GB (which is a big difference compared to 10GB i'm using)

any advices? I'm also newly subscribed to spotify so I don't know if this new plan will benefit me in any way since the old plan i'm using does not qualify for spotify 'streaming'.

Digi Postpaid RM110 is 25GB all day + Unlimited(999GB) weekend data + Unlimited call + 1,000 SMS to all network. Spotify uses so so data only meh, don't need to worry.

Or try U Mobile's P98. 30GB + Unlimited VideoOnz + MusicOnz + Unlimited call. With MusicOnz, you can use your Spotify, but that's it. Digi better lor..

You know what? I think Digi is giving wrong info. Their website (http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store) suggests that Digi Store in Batu Pahat is at 1-1D Jalan Zabedah, but I can't actually locate the actual place using Google Street View.

Worse comes to worst, you might have to go to the Digi Store in JB (Danga Bay or Taman Molek) or Melaka (Plaza Merdeka) to do your BorderRoaming registration.

actually i just mnp from celcom to digi last week in newly opened Digi Store Batu Pahat (yes its there)

they did activate my RoamBorder plan as i can see it in the app but not the International Roaming

but now i already in SG and i can't do anything with the phone because its not connected to any network (i did try manually)

since their call center is as useless as their Digi Store Express (forget emails), my last option is going back to JB dry.gif

Everyone knows rm10 8GB is cheap
But how many times u used every month?

New rm110 plan is worth if u use more than 2 times a month
Rm98 + rm10 + rm10 = rm118 26GB

no matter digi weekend quota is 100GB or 999GB

Rm110 i tot got free 1000 sms? And 3GB rollover data.
Tat is all smile.gif nth to be argued here, haha
