Different phones have different radio performance, so speeds are also reliant on your phone. |

Redmi Note 3 only support intra-band CA and not inter-band CA. Unfortunately, Digi only had inter-band CA. |

start from yesterday cannot connect whatsapp at all with Digi BB100. anyone having the same issue? restart router many times.

Hi all, few days ago i change my Postpaid plan from RM50 to RM80 with unlimited call one Then yesterday I did make a long call, after that when i check the myDigi and *128# the unbilled amount show I'm beem use RM46.97? Previously I already have RM8 something unbilled amount so during that call I'm been charged at most RM37.97? Please someone help me verify

That's the prorated amount for next bill. Don't worry. It's not extra charges. You will see the details when u get the next bill. |
