Hi folks. Wanted to ask for your opinion.

I'm using a not so old (if you consider it one year ago plan that is), that is priced RM98 for 10GB data, 3 hours of voice, 300 sms.

I'm looking at this RM110 25GB all day + unlimited 4G weekend (is it really unlimited?) plan.

[bold]The thing is when i was with my old RM98 plan, I didn't bother to switch to any other plans because of the RM10 for 8GB (valid for 7 days) which was really great for me. [/bold] To me this is important because it defeated the other more expensive plans with a bigger value.

New plan gives free calls (but not sms), and much bigger quota (since mine is 10GB with 3GB rollover, or was it 4?) and this one gives 25GB (which is a big difference compared to 10GB i'm using)

any advices? I'm also newly subscribed to spotify so I don't know if this new plan will benefit me in any way since the old plan i'm using does not qualify for spotify 'streaming'.

Digi Postpaid RM110 is 25GB all day + Unlimited(999GB) weekend data + Unlimited call + 1,000 SMS to all network. Spotify uses so so data only meh, don't need to worry.

Or try U Mobile's P98. 30GB + Unlimited VideoOnz + MusicOnz + Unlimited call. With MusicOnz, you can use your Spotify, but that's it. Digi better lor..

No umobile coverage, and i'm happy with DiGi. I guess it does look like a far superior offering.

Everyone knows rm10 8GB is cheap
But how many times u used every month?

New rm110 plan is worth if u use more than 2 times a month
Rm98 + rm10 + rm10 = rm118 26GB

no matter digi weekend quota is 100GB or 999GB

Rm110 i tot got free 1000 sms? And 3GB rollover data.
Tat is all smile.gif nth to be argued here, haha

I'm still with the old RM98 plan, and i do use that RM10 for 8GB data, like probably around 24GB (RM30 reload roflmao).
If the new plan still has RM10 for 8GB reload, i'm in. definitely.

so if i ran out of quota, for that DiGi RM110-25GB, what are my options?

When i tried to access digi, it keeps showing me the OLD one (which i'm using)

Can you show me what's the 'add on internet' options if i run out of quota for digi RM110?

Thanks!

hmm... I guess its all about properly managing / juggling the 25GB+100GB(LTE mode only) at this point. A wee bit ridiculous (for the top up) since they now charge RM10 for 1GB (nearly that) on average, compared to the previous plan where they gave out 8GB for RM10 (valid for 7 days)

Now I really have to think about:

98 (older than the current 98)
- 10GB (all day, no app quota)
- 15GB streaming for music quota (which i don't quite use despite having spotify, since i tend to download my songs over spotify library due to out of fear of using too much data)
- 4GB rollover
- 300 sms (which i don't use much)
- 5 hours worth of voice call (which i can't finish, but utilize kaw kaw)
+ 8GB (7 days) for RM10 (the cheapest GB/RM ratio in the top up for the plan) or RM0.80 PER GB

or

RM110
- 25GB all day
- 1000 sms (nice)
- unlimited calls to all networks
- 3GB rollover (very nice gesture, even if its only 3GB)
- 100GB LTE weekend (only LTE, and only on weekend)
- share 12GB internet for RM50 (that's the cheapest GB/RM ratio in the top up for the plan) or RM4.16 per GB (sigh, but i guess better than the RM10 per GB ratio in other top up plans).

Am I missing anything else?

As of now, Free weekend is unlimited and including 3G.

Really? If its also available on 3G, its fantastic.
The sales rep (customer service) told me it was only usable if we're on 4G. You sure about this? I'm more inclined to believe user reviews though LOL
