Don't know why are they differentiating by user as their FAQ certainly did not state so.  My plan now is Best Prepaid 2016. Ported in partially because of VoLTE.  No choice but to wait I guess swt...

Another way is keep call to cs to change staff till the one who activate for u haha smile.gif

Hi all,

I am wondering why am I being charge of roaming incoming calls eventhough I never answered any calls during that time because I already switch to airplane mode?
The 3 incoming calls highlighted yellow with duration of 4 , 5, and 3 secs on the image above did not even show up on my call log.
Only the one that I accepted the day before (the first one on the image) showed.
This is weird.

and another question, Digi Helpline still got people answering or not? I've tried many times but all the time busy.

Haha, i also kena before.did u disable voicemail when roaming?
Better check *118# to find it out.
And it is standard to have roaming voicemail service to be enabled default, so u can't blame anyone.
U can also read tnc at digi roaming page as digi mentioned inside about the roaming voicemail
smile.gif
Also, u can disable roaming voicemail while remain voicemail when u are at domestic/local smile.gif

most of the time, it is voicemail. even you dont answer, if goes to voicemail, you will be charged.

another thing is miss call alert. if you have this option, you will be charged if the roaming call routed to miss call alert.
best is to disable all before you go overseas.

Anyone tried using the normal Digi Prepaid reload to reload Digi Broadband? Those that can be purchased online & will auto-reload to the phone? Does it work? Or need to buy specific type of reload to reload Digi Broadband? Thanks.

I tried it before to reload the Prepaid 30 broadband plan through Qoo10 webiste. The verification sms sent from website never receive, so can't make it afterall.

Thanks. So it was VMS roaming. Lesson learned.
Btw, what's the difference between *118# and *128#? My sim only save *128#.

Where can you find the 'miss call alert' option? I can't find it anywhere on *128# menu.
EDIT: 'Missed Call Alert' is using different name now. 'Notify Me'.

That free 1GB data got bug, it's like it blocking whatsapp, not only voice but every whatsapp data. I miss 1 day company whatsapp conversation because of that. mad.gif

After the 1GB depleted, whatsapp works normally.

Missed Call Alert is not chargeable even when roaming. If you deactivate voicemail, you will still get Missed Call Alert.

However, you will be charged for roaming call if you have voicemail active and your caller is connected to voicemail even if the caller does not leave a message.

Notify Me is something else that is chargeable, an sms that alerts you when someone you tried to call earlier (when their line was busy) becomes available.

For notify me, it's a SMS notification service for sub to know when a particular sub will be back online. Meaning if the A party is unreachable and when he is back online, a SMS will be triggered to the B party HOWEVER the B party will be charged for it (works for digi to digi only). Missed call alert is FOC however voicemail must be active.

Called Digi on Monday, took 15 minutes before an actual person answered.

To be fair, they did say their lines were busy.
