What do you meant by 50%? 50% in terms of what? Digi had far larger coverage than just 50% population coverage. Nobody would claim their coverage based on area but rather how much of the population could it cover.

u sure 50% population coverage in Malaysia? i mean LTE.
hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif
sometimes i go Selayang / Rawang 3G only.
even Wangsa Maju sometimes drop to 3g.

Selayang, Rawang and Wangsa Maju already covered with 4G LTE quite some times ago. Hell, they even had LTE-A in Wangsa Maju. There might be something wrong with your phone.

Let's take Digi RM50 plan as an example, it comes with 5GB all-day quota and 5GB weekend 4G quota.

Weekend: Connected on 4G, deduct weekend quota until depleted, only then it will deduct from all-day quota.

Weekend: Connected on 3G, straight deduct from all-day quota.

Basically, it has nothing to do with whether you can use 4G or not. It's about which data quota it will deduct from on weekends depending on whether you are connected to 3G or 4G.

so if there's no 4G, effectively it's only 5GB per month?

I upgraded to the old Postpaid 80 plan last week. Is it possible to switch to the new Postpaid 80 plan this week? Or there is a freeze period where no upgrades/downgrades are allowed?
*

Can I sign up Digi Postpaid 48, Digi Postpaid 98 or Digi Postpaid 148 on plan-only without taking device bundle?
No, Digi Postpaid 48, Digi Postpaid 98 and Digi Postpaid 148 are only applicable for sign-ups with device bundle. For plan-only sign ups, you can select from Digi Postpaid 50, Digi Postpaid 80 or Digi Postpaid 110.

if u say like this, Australia will never get 50% 3G coverage even biggrin.gif

What is your phone type. DiGi deploy more L1800 than L2600 at most of the place
if your phone support only L26, for sure u will get 3G/drop back to 3G blink.gif
