guys, i just mnp from maxis to digi, the cs mistakenly port me to digi prepaid best which i requested to digi prepaid live. according to cs they cant do anything.

can i just convert to postpaid then downgrade back to digi prepaid live?

Are devices that are purchased from Digi is unlocked so that i can use it with another telco?

Notice that my network now showing 4G instead of LTE.
But my iPhone 5S still showing LTE.

I'm curious too... my phone showing LTE while my partner showing 4G, both phone within same area,

My number automatically receive VoLTE activation sms upon receive my sim card. It look like you need upgrade to iOS10.1 and contact Digi to active VoLTE for u.

I have a Digi Campus sim which by now you could guess I have owned for a very long time. Never had to change it, until now. I'm forced to replace it with a nano-sim card. I would have to change my plan of course but I would like to keep my number. Is it only really doable through a Digi Centre, or can any small Digi store do this? The nearest Digi Centre is a 40 minute drive so I'd save the hassle and fuel if I can.

The plan is ancient, and is worst than what's on offer today.
My phone has a nano and micro sim tray. I have an internet micro sim, and the gold contact of the current sim can only cut down to the size of a micro. So I'd rather not cut 2 sims (the micro to fit the nano, and the regular to fit the micro).

Just changed it now to the Best prepaid plan (which is the only plan I can transfer to for prepaid. The other option is postpaid). It's 12 sen/min in 30 sec blocks for friends, and I've got pretty much all the necessary/frequent friends and family covered, both Digi and non-Digi in that list. Actually when I first got Digi Campus it was quite alright. But, then the rates went up, and no more free SMS for FnF. It also used to be 1 sen for Digi-Digi SMS for non-friends, but now it's 6 sen flat. Plus I was limited to 11 FnF which to my knowledge only allowed Digi numbers. Though SMS is pretty much dead when you have a smartphone, and especially if like me you have an internet sim.

So there wasn't really anything for me to stick to that plan.
Oddly, my "reload before" date is still the old Campus one, September 2017.

One of the main reasons I changed is that I've been making more small calls every week and it's costing me quite a lot. Plus if I use Super Long Life (RM8 for 30 days), it's all the validity period I'd ever need, but with cheaper rates. I delayed my sim changing plan for 2 years, until I had to change my phone very recently.

I was prepared for the 1 year validity to be void and it would state the next top up time to be in a few days, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe for people switching from plans with 1 year validity, they were generous enough for us to keep it for now, until the next year? Or maybe it's a systems glitch, and that if I reload the next time it'll show the correct expiry.

yea cuz i read official got 10gb 20gb quota..but this is 100gb sounds too good to be true. just wondering if any forumers here using it and how long he use this. im tired of ssh, vpn thingy. most of the time they are being patched when i really need that quota
