but since you are going to subscribe cheaper plan, is there any downgrade fee ??
*
Nope, I want to upgrade to rm80 plan. biggrin.gif

I would like to simplify my internet and phone bill, so 20gb quota is sufficient for me.

I do check the places I went frequently in Digi coverage website
most of them are covered in 4G / 4G+ rclxm9.gif
*
Yup, agree. sweat.gif
Unfortunately, my residential area doesn't have stable 4G, always drop to 3G. 3G connection also doesn't good enough. sad.gif

Kota bharu haha.. sorry

So far, I tried at Wakaf Che Yeh and Kubang Kerian area. So far so good, with 4G connection, I got more than 20Mbps. smile.gif But sorry, I don't have proof to show you, after I measure the speed, I uninstall terus the app. laugh.gif

Which Digi Centre? Can pm me the number?

Been calling the helpline for 2 days. Not even once get through the operator. Hopeless.
*
016-2211800. You need to have good patient to call them. biggrin.gif

Last time I want to upgrade, I tried calling almost 12 times and need to wait 10 minutes before can talk to them.

I think the fastest method to upgrade by visit to Digi Store.

can I convert to this plan and add RM10 to get another number to share the plan?
*
EasyUp for now based on Digi's invitation only.

Not sure about internet sharing though.

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Oct 19 2016, 08:26 PM)
Some people may not like that the new plan doesn't come with unlimited WhatsApp and WeChat but this is where the unlimited calls feature come in handy. I've said it before that people nowadays are overly reliant on WhatsApp. They will just send you a message on WhatsApp even if it is an urgent matter which I can never brain what they are thinking. But these days I simply do not care anymore. Don't be mad at me if you need to find me urgently but I did not reply your WhatsApp message like until a few hours later. WhatsApp is meant to be used for casual chat, as well as to replace MMS as MMS is expensive. It is never meant to completely replace SMS or call service. Need to find me urgently ? Call me. Need to ask something that's important but not so urgent to the point that you need an immediate reply from me ? Send me an SMS. Wanna have a casual chat with me ? Feel free to send me a message on WhatsApp  smile.gif
*
Agree on this part. Not everyone have constant and stable internet connection 24/7. Call and SMS are here to stay even we have many alternative nowadays.

Hi all, new digi user here. currently i am using digi postpaid RM110 and also a spotify user. May i know how to activate Music Freedom app from DIgi? Everytime i try to activate it , it will show " This service i not supported for your Digi package " ?
*
New postpaid plan ( Postpaid 80 and 110 ) no longer bundled with 15GB Music Freedom. You need to subscribe separately.

the last i checked, only Digi has VoLTE operational, I didn't see any Maxis or Celcom implemented VoLTE, but I do saw YES claimed they have VoLTE, maybe your friend is field testing Maxis and Celcom? so far I think VoLTE Interconnect between telcos is not possible.
*
I'm sorry if I'm harsh, but could you refrain from posting about VoLTE? You just confusing people but giving incorrect information.

Guys, my internet connection always disconnected when using it on weekend. Sometimes, even there's no line connection at all.

This problem doesn't happen on weekdays.

Anyone have this problem? hmm.gif
