I bought type A, progress now as i seen still sub-structure work. i heard now they offer 3% reduction in price due to zero rated GST.

BTW, what is the developer offer now? My time was 5%+3% rebate, with kitchen cabinet and aircond.

Actually i applied 3 banks, all give 4.5 -4.55%loan tenure 32-35 years.

What is their selling price now?

At the price tag of RM570/sf and considering the location, this property is good for ownstay rather than investment.

The GMV system by Gree is a energy recovery system, where hot air from the condenser unit captured and product hot water. In case air cond is not running, there is no hot water.
But the reason given by developer is not acceptable as they said "many" buyer request not to use, as i know at the moment only 60+ unit sold out of 510 units, how can this interpret as "many buyers". And I believe buyers will not aware the maintenance cost of GMV system and this is just a simple statement to convince buyers by agent.
However, i support to use conventional storage type heater.

Recently just received stage completion notice for work below ground. That means piling works have done and structural work going to start.

I received confirmation from developer, storage type water heater instead of GMV type. Air cond for both room only( type A).
