maybe the seller wants to say this product is under - reviewed in fact it's a high return product lol.. like undervalued! high returns! funny way of putting it.

Possible reasons:

They wanna refrain from letting people know that they are selling the same phone at a fraction on other platforms probably due to the pressure of investors/shareholders

Also to avoid people coming straight up claiming for warranty in the store. Hence the setup of a different name may exclude them from possible liability from warranty service
