wow that seems easy enough. did u call them or email? gemfive themselves say they will deal with courier or u asked them to?
so i need to print the same return form that i had email them and put together with the return item? and how about the address to return the item?

Ic.... gemfive still havent reply my mail. I guess Maybe on wednesday only will hear any news frm them since tuesday is also public holiday.
So Will they still count weekend + Public holiday into the 7 days return? Coz if yes Then i might not be able to return my item within that time. Already took 4 days cuti.

gemfive is just so sad these days. I hope in the future they will bring back electronic section.
