Just went to the product page again and check and see if my review was approved nope still the same

Lets just say when they are good they are good but when shit happen they really is shit bagi banyak lame excuses after you show them prove

So far the item i order from Lazada about 7 order 4 order no problem 3 order got problem no track number email them no respond/missing item from set email already no respond only offer sorry voucher.

Thank god the problematic item is not very pricy if not sakit hati.

Yeah everything Kena void. Keep my money about a week then simply say wrong price cannot honor. Some more need few days to refund me.

Better make sure they refund you back in few day and not become weeks later

I try get them to get the merchant to honor their prices because not 1 or 2 item but all their item. See how it goes. Any action we can take against them? Complaint to MDEC or KPDNKK?

I try to get LZD to honor their ps4 price but also fail they kept on give bs excuses

Not sure if any of this action will affect them

What we can do now is warn people about this few shop their history and drama..

Just received reply. Same excuse, seller wrongly put price. Ask for my account details again for refund.

Maybe last time when LZD/GEM5/11street first started they will honor now they insaf already cannot rugi

There is no reason for them to fulfill the order (why make loss when you can just cancel so easily) unless LZD starts to penalise them for putting the wrong price

two time during 11.11 and 12.12 sales in GEM5 they never honor the price...syok2 take ur money cancel/void order then later refund you in later date.

I dont think they do penalize even if they do its not an amount that seller will really care. Since platform like LZD,GEM5 and etc need seller more than us customers.

Banyak other customers that dont check price see LZD show 50% discount they believe is cheap d.

Only experience customer will check all platform and retail price before purchasing
