May be the merchants/G5 will prioritize/ fulfill those orders with d highest margin. Then when OOS they will void d rest.

I think G5 & merchants do not comunite very well each other.

I place order / pay > G5 notify / acknowledge > Payment cleared > G5 notify merchant > Merchant ship item & notify G5 > G5 notify me

I guess this the flow G5 / merchant using. Maybe lack of resource, G5 might not follow up with merchant about our order(s). Totally depend on merchant.

If merchant keep on silent & no inquiry from our side, G5 shut mouth tight.

After almost 1 week place order and acknowledged. My lego order was void yesterday due to merchant wrongly put the price and cannot fulfill order. What BS is this. If wrong price for 1 or 2 item then fine but many item also wrong price.

seems like g5 alot of problems?

is it due to the 11.11 and 12.12 or christmas sales etc peak shopping period?

I think pretty much 11steet,Gem5 and Lazada all also got their own problem.

From Gem5 is Clickasiabait where they reject people order twice and dont honor their price, and then the PSPRO drama not enough stock but the seller still accept order via GEM5.

Lazada also got dont honor price or bagi voucher but most product is "Not eligible for voucher" and some dont have the "Not eligible for voucher" and the code still wont work

like that is it possible if they make mandatory the seller must provide stock balance? but then seller still can cheat the amount and we are fcked

or they can limit the amount of order? but that is like killing legit mass stock seller pula...

I think Lazada got show how many stock available(only certain hot item) but even that also got some bug/problem like on the page state still available 5 item.

When you click and try to check out then it will say no stock. Which is very irritating every time see got stock but when checkout dont have.

Then again at the end of the day i believe LZD,GEM5 or 11street still answer to their seller and if the price the seller think they not getting enough profit.

They will just cancel/void your order and claim "No stock Available" This happen with ClickAsia then you see they selling the same item again but at a higher price tag.

I am not sure about GEM5/11street but LZD review on their website is manipulate by them.

If your review is negative chances are it wont be approved.I try reviewing 3 products of their and it state they need 2-3 working days to be approved.

Already more than 5 days and my review is not there. Like one of my item i order come with 3 set but when received only got 2 item and i email them they only reply me with sorry voucher.

I ask them to just send the me missing part of the set and 2 days already still no reply maybe its the weekends so i will wait
