G5 memang BS***. Ordered stuff on 7th. Acknowledge 8th dec. Till now stuck at acknowledge.
Called up G5 multiple time, says.. mechant out of stock. Suppose to get them this week.
Really dissapointed. Probably the first and last time will ever buy from them. Totally dont know how to do a proper online biz.
Disgusting service.

simple reason SD > mediatek

same happen to me, buy tv from 5/12, but today 15/12 just receive the item.
a lot item i bought from G5 but this first time happen to me.

not G5 problem, this is mechant problem, so far I satisfy with G5 service and feedback.

I blame G5 as they never updated it. Have bought from a lot item before from online sites. Even if there was any status, they'd let u know. But come on, G5? the only thing that was changed for one whole week was payment "acknowledge".
Come on... You wanna let me know you got my money? sure... but what about my item? merchant? no stock? at least let us know.
I agree that it is merchant's fault. But I AIN't paying the merchant. G5 is the one I deal with. G5 have to be responsible to inform us. Not us chasing them with multiple calls and multiple emails. fuken. my4ss G5. bad service is bad service.
