never managed to get more than 10Mbps yet... Also in Penang. mostly in Bayan Lepas, Sungai Dua and Gelugor region.
Get 4G.. but not stable... but 720p Youtube, no issue
Just a week use, already 25GB consumed... mostly on Kodi

Give some time for them to increase the coverage.
No one if perfect..

Webe test day 3,

HyppTV 360p streaming on moving, buffering few times in 30 mins
Youtube 360p streaming on moving, connection error few times in 30 mins
Play online game (low bandwidth type) connection drop 2 time in 10 mins.

My guess even Celcom 3G support Webe, it is not full capability in term of coverage, data transfer speed and availability.

Have you fixed it? On my Oneplus 3, I create a new APN, with its name and its APN setting as 'Webe 4g'.

the handling won't be smooth (which might caused the disconnection) because it's switching from webe own 4G network to Celcom 3G.

Unlike Maxis/DiGi/Celcom 4G-3G switching which are still within their own network

Agreed, it happen when i am testing in umobile.
But on webe test, i am using non certified phone and set on 3G mode only.

You could bypass the speed cap if you are smart enough

I will be happy if webe partnered Maxis or DiGi for 2G-3G roaming, but we all know this is not going to happen

I think downloads are capped at 2mbps (not sure if it's only when roaming on Celcom 3G). But can be bypass via VPN

Yup unless celcom itself upgrade to better facilities. At my place maxis already have 4G while celcom still stuck on H and H+
