for my using experienced since i got the sim yesterday.
my phone is oneplus 3 and i never able to connect to Webe 4G instead i connected to celcom 3g only when my location is 100% coverage in webe location coverage information.
during my roaming to celcom 3g the speedtest able to reach 8mb however going to youtube and other apps like downloading files from many different sites, the speed is all cap at 2mb.
which mean u only get the full speed when you are doing speedtest others then that all apps are giving maximum speed of 2mb only.
good luck for those still hesitating whether wanna to port to Webe.
it is truely disappointed of their strategy for approach us.

It's either I am getting soft capped or their network just sucks which I don't think so as I had tested with Celcom and there's no problem with it.

Notice I tried both the 3G and 4G

I having the same problems too.
The ping is just unbelievable .
I think webe isnt really ready for their service and super unexperienced in this telco industrial.

Seriously though with new digi and celcom plans, do we even need webe at this point? Celcom offers up to 40GB of data which is alot, and much faster + stable + reliable internet speed and connection. Can't say the same for webe, the only good thing is that it's unlimited nature but the internet is slow even on 4G (barely 5-6Mbps), network instability (frequent lost connection to the network, reconnecting took 2 minutes!). Today i went to Penang, and have network disconnect issues 4 times, and im not even on a moving car or remote location, the signal just disappeared and i have to wait 2 minutes for it to get back up.

Unlimited data is nice, but poor network performance is another issue. Do i really need all this unlimited data? I downloaded tons of movies up to 350+GB worth of size but barely have time to watch all of em. So maybe unlimited data is not what i want, i barely call anyone because i use my work phone for that, and can't remember the last time I sms someone so unlimited sms means squat to me. Umobile provides unlimited video streaming caught my attention, as well as celcom 40GB a month plan sounds like the right plan.

My work phone uses celcom, even on 3G i constantly get 12-16Mbps, and Digi LTE on my second phone can achieve 40-50Mbps. Their internet speed is blazing fast, while webe is slow like a snail, and my area is already congested heavily, now even at 1.45am my speed test barely gets me half of 1Mbps, a far cry from the speed i used to enjoy two months ago.

All in all, if you can tolerate slow and unstable network, as well as having a bit of patience, then webe would be a good fit. That's webe in a nutshell for me.
