Webe test day 3,

HyppTV 360p streaming on moving, buffering few times in 30 mins
Youtube 360p streaming on moving, connection error few times in 30 mins
Play online game (low bandwidth type) connection drop 2 time in 10 mins.

My guess even Celcom 3G support Webe, it is not full capability in term of coverage, data transfer speed and availability.

the handling won't be smooth (which might caused the disconnection) because it's switching from webe own 4G network to Celcom 3G.

Unlike Maxis/DiGi/Celcom 4G-3G switching which are still within their own network

Agreed, it happen when i am testing in umobile.
But on webe test, i am using non certified phone and set on 3G mode only.

Yes, before my first bill. My account has MYR-106. But today first month bill need to pay MYR 53.40.
Mean my first month bill total amount is MYR 53.40+MYR106. It is more then 79+tax.

inside the pdf bill, what contributed the RM150.36?

i guess there are discount(s) not applied to you, hence you didnt achieve RM79 plan price.

Where to get the pdf? I click around even itemized bill, it showing same page.

that's normal.

that means you're paying almost 2 months bill. biggrin.gif

no worries la, from today onwards, you'll should get flat rm79 rate (without the confusing discounts logic).
*
Question CS about this.
She said it will available for everyone from 1/11/2016-31/12/2016. (limited offer)

I ask what happen after 31/12/2016. it may back to normal rate. (AKA confusing discount)

Celcom also doing same thing existing user received "trial" data quota upgrade at 1/11/2016t till 31/12/2016. Wondering what is happening behind those company.

According to their customer service, the promotion is eligible to existing and new but not clear after the promotion ends will it revert back to normal or the existing users still can enjoy the benefits.

just received my first bill.

Total is RM140.31 (148.72 after gst)
paid RM106 upfront, so 148.72 - 106 = RM42.70
WTF, still need to pay rm42.70 for first month??

anyone can explain?
