kuantan user here, speed in webe own 4g average 5-6mbps while in celcom sometimes up to 10mbps..so 3g@h+ in celcom line in faster

call 011-10001000 and get the answer from them one by one and make sure you got voice recorder to keep it as a record.
if you don't have voice recorder and your phone unable to root or the manufacturer doesn't allow to, you can use any Xiaomi phone with MIUI 7 or 8, it got built in voice recorder when call/receive call.

That is not true, user's answer may sometimes be more accurate. Their CS online & in Sunway all sucks. I mnp my main line & sub, when I try do 2nd transaction for the 2nd line as advised by their online CS, it says number already in use. So I enquire again, and this time he says need only do once. They will migrate all my lines with this account but end up I only received 1 sim. Yesterday night went to sunway to settle this issue and they also cannot solved it. No report no whatsoever and only take down my phone no & name. Very unprofessional.

i got 4 basic38 lines before... now converted all to 2 webe lines (almost same price) . celcom38 promo duration was shorten due to overwhelming response, webe can anytime revised their promo... so better fast for those who wants it . good luck.
