My LE2 suddenly no more 4g even force LTE mode. Celcom fallback service sucks! Many time goto E and cannot online. First time use Celcom, is their 3G really so bad?

So I'm trying out webe redmi note 3 pro & iphone 6s.
4g webe not within coverage so only 3g speed so the speed is still acceptable.
On iphone 6s, i can get around 5-6mbps on 3g
But really poor speed on redmi note 3 pro, even the browsing is snail speed. Had to manually add apn setting for webe but still slow.

Anyone else using webe on redmi note 3 pro?
Anything else needs to be configured? On stock miui or cm13?
*
Oops, was going to order with SCB25 from Gemfive, since my Le2 cannot detect Band 5. I tested with it yesterday in Ipoh rd area can get 20+Mb down & 5Mb up.

You tested the 4g connection with which device? Since you did mention Le2 can't detect band 5
Btw, what code can we use to check band supported on the phone?
*
Redmi note 3 pro and so far am not able to detect LTE band using my LE2 which was able to set LTE when I force it 2 days ago, since then no luck on getting 4G again. Maybe Webe was testing band 38 then.

Need pay extra 60, non certified device. Unless use 7 days a month. Any idea which is the cheapest 4G dongle with Band 5 & 38 support?

Hurmm after reading several pages of this thread, really in doubt whether I want to port out from digi to webe..you guys think it's better for me to use webe as secondary line since my phone support dual sim?
*
Try a new number first. If good only port out.

Just use your dad's ID to order online ask for delivery. If self collect, your dad need to go, they will check ID.

nope. it's needed to be under your name  icon_rolleyes.gif

That's not necessary, as long as the person qualified for discount allowed you to use his ID.

Another "weakness" of webe is no voicemail service... What a bummer... Voicemail is super basic service yet cannot provide...total failure!!! TAC failure even more serious...
*
Seriously, you still use voicemail? Even with unlimited call, I don't really call that much. Using IMS mostly.

How about tathering tru phone usb..to pc..
Any 1 try before does it work

Usb is the easiest, no root or JB needed coz Telco more worried about mulitple sharing via wifi hotspot.

worth it if you pay the extra RM63.60 per month
