how does the annual fee for Visa Sig works, if i manage to spend rm30,000 before my card anniversary, does it means that my annual fee will be waived for the subsequent year?

based on your anniversary. so if you get it in September, the 30k needs to be fulfilled within a year from there.

The FC Barcelona Visa Signature is with 48k annual income requirement, more like platinum card although the VS naming. While this myimpact Visa Signature only 36k requirement, not sure y they call it visa signature lol

I found out that FC barcelona card in Agoda Visa promotion only treated as normal/platinum visa card, and I tied the card to SamsungPay it also show platinum card only, anyone face this? Or is normal?

4842-81 was originally used for Maybank 2 PLATIUM - Visa since 2011. Then in 2017, 4842-81 was extended to FC Barcelona VS.

i was able to get the VISA Signature discount back in April 2023 from Agoda.
now it is just a normal VISA card, not even recognized as Platinum. not sure what happened, but I have moved to other cc already.

Hi all, for the annual fee waiver for Visa Signature, is it automatic? I calculated that i have spent >RM30k but somehow being charged RM550 in my statement

Not sure if I have miscalculated or I have to request for the waiver manually?

last i asked when i gotten VS few months back, spending is between anniversary year, not calendar year.

better call CS to check their system/recalculate your eligibility.

I counted based on the spending of the 12 statements I received since I applied for the card.
Anyway I contacted CS and they said will submit to management for approval of waiver (they didn't mention whether I met the RM30k spending or not).
