You can request from CS (at card center) to know the total usage of your card, but too bad only up to 6 months

during MCO general hotline only functions on a standard time - 8am - 8pm if i am not wrong. any calls outside of this will not be picked up unless u route it to the emergency lost card etc.

When did you apply for your card bro? I received the approved application sms last month on the 19th March, still waiting till now to receive my card. I have applied for them to send it to my home address also.

I got my card way before - because I lazy to activate it therefore just put aside. And recently before mco I just activate it and ready for May.

Yes, awaiting for activation since last month. Just waiting for the actual card to arrive now.

Last month you meant during mco period? Maybe you can ring the CS to ask about the card delivery status. They might helped to cancel that card, and send a new card to your nearby bank to collect - I am sure delivery is still on during this period but although they might be some delayed but one month it is too much? Just my 2c

I suspect it has arrived at Pos Laju but it is not delivered out. They just wait for customer to go and collect. Happened to me, luckily I contacted Maybank. During non-MCO period.

Yeah just gave CS a call earlier, stuck at this particular post office since 3rd April. Funny enough i had another parcel which went through the same post office much later than that date got delivered to my house. Did you collect it yourself or wait for them to deliver?

I collected it. I believe they will never deliver. Why, because when I asked why I never get any pick u notification, the pos laju staff just smile. And then he took out a whole stack of envelopes and proceed to make a photocopy of NRIC, he said it is for verification and I challenged it. How on earth Poslaju know what is the NRIC number to be verified with? Very dodgy I tell you.
