RM1000 (0% rebate) bigpay +RM1000 (10% rebate) X 12 months
withdraw RM3000 every 3 months -> -RM6 x4
Total return for 12 months: 1200 - 169.60 (AF) - 24 (ATM) = 1006.40
1006.40 / 12000 = 8.39%, better than UOB Yolo, PB VS/Quantum, M2 Amex.

This is the ideal scenario. I assume it will work, unless HLB disqualify MCC6012 transactions.
But Unker had warned me, I will not withdraw cash from my bigpay account.

I got a BigPay (old one) in March 2017, 5599XXXX014XXXXX.
I got another BigPay (APP-BASED) in March 2018, 5599XXXX019XXXXX.
It means BigPay issued only 50k cards (not many user!) in the past 12 months.
Unker's card is 015/016/017/018/019? as Unker is one of the earliest Bigpay APP users.
I am interested to find out how many new BigPay cards had been issued. TQ.

They are absorbing the credit card charge, up to 1.1% but will go down to 0.48% in 2021.
Even they want to charge us 1.1% for top up, we still gain.

Maybank will reverse the cash rebates that you earned for debit transactions.

Cash rebate will be adjusted at the last day of the month. (Credit transactions + Debit transactions) x 2%.

Go to Thailand to withdraw, service charge RM10. BigPay will assume you are needing some emergency cash.

Haha, in Thai Baht. Why must withdraw in MYR?

The following info may be not relevant to you.

MAJLIS BANDARAYA KUCHING SELATAN
- Not possible using M2U - Payment by Credit card.
- Swipe credit card at MBKS office only, but not allowed at UTC.
- If the assessment bill is less than RM200 (yet to support bill >RM200), I may use credit card (eg PB VS 6% rebate) to top up SarawakPay e-wallet, then use SarawakPay to pay the assessment bill. So I will do the same thing to top up BigPay.

SarawakPay APP was launched in November 2017.
Maximum e-wallet value is RM200 only till today. (First approval by Bank Negara)
MBKS blocks / does not allow partial payments for a single assessment bill.
Bank Negara has just approved the limit increased to RM3000 but it is yet to be implemented.

BigPay - Limit RM10000.
So you cannot perform a transaction >RM10000.

If I am not wrong, you must log into a bank account to perform Jompay.
Any bank will allow you to use a third-party Mastercard?

Why no rebate? I did receive 2% rebate. Swipe my FCB VS at cashier.

If Jompay @ M2U, then no rebate for Sarawak as well.

For Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu, Bandaraya Shah Alam, Bandaraya Ipoh, Bandaraya Melaka, Perbandaran Seremban, Perbandaran Subang Jaya, you can use FCB VS / M2 Amex to pay at M2U Bill Payment to get rebate.

Why you need to use jompay @ M2U?
You are use M2U Bill Payment - MBSA, then you choose FCB VS / M2 Amex to pay. Can get 2%/5% rebate.

No need to pay everyday. In Malaysia, you have 20 days interest free period after statement date (up to 51 days from transaction). Always pay the statement balance (not outstanding balance) before the due date.
