Mine was set to the UK, I actually tried adding another Maybank Visa card on another iPhone but didn’t work. I assume those who managed to add their cards failed to get flagged my the bank’s system?

Successfully added MBB mastercard. Just change region to Singapore and add via Wallet app smile.gif

Card remains in the wallet, as with all other international cards added via other regions too. I’m guessing the Malaysia region hasn’t been “unlocked” yet.

Any Apple Pay supporter country should work. I think some of our banks cards somehow failed to be flagged.

I don’t think it’s based on your account region, it depends on the issuer (bank). Changing region only enables the ‘Wallet & Apple Pay’ option in your Settings.

I think only mastercard can be added now, visa and amex cannot. not too sure about this theory

I think you might be right, the rest of my cards apart from CIMB are Visa cards. Maybe Visa is yet to activate their system.

Probably, I'll just switch back to SG now to test, if it still fails I'll try again later at 1AM and see if the function gets enabled.

Apple ID region: MY
iPhone region: MY

Tap on + in Wallet: cannot

I'll continue to stay @ these settings to see when they will enable AP for said settings.

In the mean time, let's standardise some common terms shall we?
AW is commonly used for Apple Watch, let's use W for representing/saying/mentioning Apple Wallet.

Anyone one else wanna contribute?

Yeah looks like Visa just isn't activated fully yet? All of my cards apart from Harimau is all Visa LOL, I'll just wait and try again a few minutes later probably
