For retail transactions, Apple Pay = standard credit card / debit card method - which is NFC.

So whether or not the outlet 'accepts' or not, as long as it's a new credit card terminal that allows NFC or PayWave function, it is by default that it will work with Apple Pay.

Indeed. I went to Brands Outlet @ Pavillion BJalil and they say AP cannot use when the cashier saw me launching AP on my Watch.
