Haha. OK. Uncle vampire is awake. However my worklog photos r all inside King Kong's HDD n the workstation is in a total mess as I had to rip out all the wires n stuff to bring my 30" monitor n also King Kong for the show. I'm goin to Ikea now to buy sum new tables n shelves to renovate my workstation so I can put my Silverstone TJ07 King Kong on the table. The current glass table cant hold King Kong on top. Sure to break the glass top. laugh.gif It's 1 heavy beast. I tell u, carrying the King Kong n 30" monitor to the show n back almost broke my back. My whole body is aching now. Need to go buy the Osim chair for sum therapy. laugh.gif laugh.gif

Anyway, once I renovate my workstation with the new tables n shelves today, I'll plug my King Kong system all back together n King Kong shud be live again by tonight or tomorrow. Then I'll get down to editing the pix of the worklog n also of the LANparty. Watchout for the worklog sumtine 2moro. I've lotsa stories n pix of the process once I get King Kong live again.

Yup I had to do a nice intake mod so my CPU, RAM n 2x8800GTX get lotsa fresh air. It's a very very very hot running rig.

I havent tried at home yet but at the event on Sunday. In Autosurf aircond room, idle at 28C, gaming load temps was only 35C.

OK, I finally got my new furniture n all nicely set up n just booted up King Kong for the first time since the 25th. I still hafta clean up my room from all the mess left behind from the mad rush to complete KK for the show. That shud b done by 2moro. Then I'll get down to editing n uploading all the pics. Hang on guys. Sry for the delay, it's been a hectic few weeks for me. In fact I'm still so so so tired from the lack of sleep. I was sleeping only about 3 hours a day for the past 2 weeks, the last day b4 event I din even sleep at all. Now really paying the price physically. Super fatigue syndrome. sweat.gif sweat.gif 1 more day of rest n I shud be back to full charge. flex.gif Then the pictures n worklog will come flooding in like a Tsunami. thumbup.gif

It's ok coz I dont usually carry my rig around like that. Hehehe. I always prefer the biggest most spacious rigs. I dont like all the small cramped cases coz they just cant cope with the heat from my hardware. For my needs, it's really a requirement to get a superb case like the TJ07. Or else King Kong will die from heatstroke. laugh.gif

Bout the sponsors, yeah, 2 more great products for King Kong to test n torture. Good stuff like that is made for torture of the worst kind an enthusiast can dish out. brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif I'll be including sum results of my overclocking of King Kong back to 2.7ghz and also the Team Xtreem RAM will be taken right up to 500mhz too when I haf the time to tweak the BIOS. The OC results shud b up later today. I'm bz editing n uploading n writing the worklog right now.

It still amazes me how you manage to cut that DVD-ROM bay without missing a millimeter. Fantastic job as always, even for an old man.
