QUOTE(jocelyn617 @ May 20 2017, 03:03 PM) Use skyscanner - they will list out the cheapest flight deals. N I realise that AA isn't always the cheapest anymore. I've tried Malindo Air in the past 2 years (it was cheaper than AA) and super sastisfied with it - free 20 - 30kg luggage allowance and even provides free snacks. More legroom too. Recently I've also started flying with Firefly as there's an offer on 11street. http://www.11street.my/productdetail/firef...oucher-33540505 can u use few vouchers for flight ticket? or only one per booking? |

QUOTE(inachi @ Jun 1 2017, 03:08 PM) ya i know there's novotel. but is it recommended? or after the late event at Impact, there shudn't be a problem for me to get back to central? Have more hotel and hostel that area. Impact Arena is in Muangtong District. you can search from agoda.com na.If you can pay for 4star hotel, Novotel is a good choice there. If you will there for concert ( Britney ? ) you not easy too find taxi for sure. recommended to sleep that area for a night. hope you have a nice day in Krungthep na kub |

Well... it's okay to lepak there for a day or two.. but not for few days as there is just a beach side area..nothing much to explore and quite touristy too... Since you are going to have a Year End gate-away... expect to have a super-crowded any advise for best way to get there from Bangkok? plan to just sightsee and lepak around the beach ,base on pictures they look ok but would appreciate your experience of it's worth the time to spend there in that place. QUOTE(edmondloke @ May 30 2017, 12:30 AM) I recommended BEST TAILOR in Sukhumvit Soi 11... very honest chap and very reasonable price too... can tailor made a suit and pants in less than 30 hours. 1) Is September not a good month to visit to Bangkok? I read that it's the wettest month of the year with expected 22 rainy days.
2) I've read that many sifus use uber from airport to the hotel. Isn't the ARL a better option? 3) I am planning to stay around Asok area, and if I plan to take ARL, should I get off at Makkansan for MRT or Phaya Thai for BTS? From the map I noticed Sukhumvit MRT is connected to Asok BTS? I am just wondering if I'd get off at Makkansan MRT to Sukhumvit MRT, then I can head to Asok BTS (like an underground or something??) |

So 2 persons taking ARL better or uber?3. Sukkhimit mrt - Terminal 21- asok bts (quiet a long walk) 3) Is it getting off at Phaya Thai to take BTS to Asok a better option? Since it's a long walk from Sukhumvit? Never been there but unsure which is better. In terms of walking condition (underground or under the sun), time, fare etc. |

It's cheaper and faster. Since you are just 2 person. 3) If stay in ASOK, take the ARL to Phaya Thai Station and change to BTS to Asok station. |
