QUOTE(westley0214 @ Sep 19 2017, 11:59 AM) Hi, any recommendations on how to buy Everland tickets? Should I get them online? Or walk-in will be cheaper? Coz I read some reviews, during Chuseok (day before and day after), Everland will give foreigners some discounts. So I am not sure whether I should buy it online. Or should I wait until that day when I plan to enter then only I buy? Get from klook. https://www.klook.com/activity/252-everland-seoul/

QUOTE(artman @ Oct 11 2017, 04:27 PM) Noted and thanks. Think of it, the JejuAir cheap flight at 10am. (return time) If I'm going to return a car rental at 8+am... worried too limited time for boarding. Air Busan timing seems nicer but offer price not out yet... One more question, Airasia touch down Busan at 9.05am, JejuAir departure at 12.15pm. Is 3 hours sufficient transfer time in between? (Custom, luggage, check-in, boarding... etc) Nanti like amazing race... catching flights. i got my both flights(Seoul>Jeju, Jeju>Busan) from Korean Air with 500+. Hmm definitely more than enough with 3 hours..but u better pray AA don delay la..lol.

QUOTE(darkhunter16 @ Oct 11 2017, 11:39 PM) I heard this as well but is it comfortable to stay on the AA for long flight? On top of that you have to pay for your check in baggage and meal. its ok la..people been taking AA to Tokyo, Seoul etc. But if this is your first time taking AA on long haul flights, and with elderly people..then better don la..

QUOTE(kikimlee @ Oct 20 2017, 05:22 PM) 1 week in seoul per person 1000 enough? No. Bring at least 2k. That 1k i assume havent include transport which might take up another 100-200? Then u still have to eat, buy souvenirs, maybe some entrance tic.. unless u are on working trip, spending the whole daytime in some conference/meeting, only nighttime u get to go out explore.. if u are a first timer tourist in seoul, confirm not enough. QUOTE(whatsayyou @ Oct 22 2017, 06:38 PM) If I have 9 days in the first half of December, how to divide between Seoul and Busan/Jeju? Would Jeju be nice to visit in winter, compared to Busan? is this ur first time going South Korea? If yes, i suggest u to focus on one area first..Either 9 days in Seoul, or 5 days Busan, 4 days Jeju. Of course u can split like 5 days Seoul, 2 days Busan, 2 days Jeju. But ended up all places u also never get to fully explore.

QUOTE(kikimlee @ Oct 23 2017, 04:11 PM) is like that one need go as many place as possible since spend so many money d then i think u can consider to go reference some tour agency itinerary liao..since their itinerary always focus more on quantity, instead of quality.

Planning to visit Seoul during that time and i don wanna buy all these winter wears and arrive there just to realize it's not snowing....will it be as cold that i still need winter wears though? like yvonne said, weather now is unpredictable.. but most likely it wont be snowing anymore because end of feb is already on the transition to spring..so don't put up too high expectation..

QUOTE(westley0214 @ Nov 11 2017, 10:12 PM) I read some reviews, some complained about the bad speed and bad coverage in some part of sk. That's why I decided not to take chances and went for local wifi egg. Almost same price anyway. ya thats my concern also actually.. because now ktolleh is having 50% discount, the wifi egg only around RM16/day. which is almost same price as TravelRecommends.

QUOTE(yvonnesoo @ Nov 13 2017, 12:42 PM) for my experience TR so far no issue. but lately got lotsa people complaints (i guess it depends on luck) that their wifi eggs can't connect once they reach their destination. cause them a hassle because they can't do the exchange. kt olleh so far no issue. fast connection and even if you have issue, u can easily get back to them Ya actually thats my main concern..If anything happen, i really dunno who to ask to troubleshoot..At least if i get a local one, i get approach any KT branch.
