You will be fine la. It's not that bad. Just make sure your shoes are slightly waterproof and don't slip and fall.
Headgear, scarf, gloves most important. I pakai heattech no problem.

got! i went there two years ago and it was snowing..local news on tv are reporting it as if something big happened..and the local only told us that we are lucky enough to witness snow in tokyo coz it's quite rare

Btw, would like to ask those who are frequent travelers; how you guys actually capture couple photos without the use of selfie stick? I am planning to bring a tripod over cause my gf been stressing she wants to take NICE NICE PHOTOS. I want faint edi cause the tripod I bought for this trip, is half of the height of normal tripod. Should I just get a heavy duty monopod instead?
