Same here. But mine was every week. And I thought it's my router issue. May be TM is doing maintenance at midnight?
*

You might want to wait a day or two. Hypptv is undergoing upgrade now...who knows...after the upgrade, your service might improve?! hmmm

It says Oct 13th. Knowing TM, it might take a day or two, hence I asked you to wait two days or so...

Hi, guys idk if here the right thread to ask, if not please let me know where to ask.
Okay currently im using TP-LINK Router which is TL-WR842N so, my PC(using TP-LINK Adapter TL-WN821N) is upstairs while my Router downstairs, i keep getting low signal and some random disconection while on9. So my question, is it my router problem or my adapter?should i just get a High Gain Wireless USB adapter or just get a new Router?

Thanks.
*
Need a little more details...I presume you are on single phase?

Have you tested your router, with wifi and lan? Are they working fine? If so, then its not router problem.

As for the homeplug, are you using it on an extension or direct to the wall?

You could also bring the homeplug downstairs closer to the router and test it from there.

i think you miss understanding his question. The adapter he referring to is usb wifi adapter (TP-LINK Adapter TL-WN821N), not homeplug.
*
My bad, thanks for clearing it up.

For home plug use. My house is 3 phase supply. If I connect home plug to the same phase will it work.
*
Yes, should not be a problem there

which one better?

they gave me Dir-850L...found wifi always drop connection...

Check your best available channel and select it. You could use "wifi analyzer" on your android phone. I dont have a problem with mine.

guys, my Hypptv wire adapter being eaten and torn by my rabbit (my bad for not watching my pet). How much does it cost if buy from TM compare with Lowyat?
*
lol....just give them a call to find out the price.

alternatively, if its just power cable, just run down to your electrical shop to get the equivalent adapter.

Or you could also source it at mudah, where many are selling it

Hi,
I just installed unifi at RM199 less than a month,  now I saw they offer RM179, what should I do to get that price?is that still got chance?
*
It depends, the RM179package doesnt come with call package (RM20). If you dont need them, then you could write to TM and ask for if not then file a case as usual, many had done in the past.

Use "wifi analyzer" on your cellphone play-store app. It will identify your interference and channels suitable.

want to ask. i understand unifi has 2 year contract.
say after 1 year i want to move to a different house, i assume i can apply for transfer.
but what would happen if the area i move to is not under Unifi coverage?
can i terminate or change to streamyx without penalty?
*
yes you can transfer and if the area do not have unifi, you can terminate the contract without penalty
