the rumawip u can apply as much as u can but just u needs $ for ur downpayment saja.
n remenber if the money goes into developer account, its will take some time to withdraw if u fail to get the unit.

I think can apply as much as you want but the problem is dp that need to pay first, and you'll be fine if you reject the unit they offered to you. Not to mention your application will be proceed according their timeline, not yours.

Do some studies and apply 1-2 Rumawip that you want the most. I didn't applied for those newly reopened Rumawip that I mentioned, no quota.

Would like to check what are the main difference between residence wangsamas and the hamilton other than price and size of unit. Will facilities and building material differ as well?

Wangsamas = 800sf apartment without fancy facilities at all.
Hamilton = high keras a bit with swimming pool and gym.

Went to DBKL to check the application status,no news yet and the waiting list is 4k plus.is it possible that it would be reopen again?seen Jalilmas,Splendor and other RUMAWIP reopen again but not this Residensi Wangsamas.

only 260 units balloted. the remaining ones taken by dbkl staff internally. hearsay they able to buy at a cheaper price RM160k.
less chance of loan rejection. got people even paid cash 198k settle already.

Theoretically yes, u can apply a b c and then reject all. Apply for d after this.

But there is a penalty from booking fees if u reject the unit ditawarkan. (If u did aid some money as booking fees)
