I'm pretty sure east side dpc is actually east Parc menjalara. This is not part of the Dpc series.. You can check masterplan to validate

It is UOB proj...i called. Terrible agents. Wrong pic wrong namr wrong info. Unethical. I dont bother to go. Based on loc he sent to me should be the united point kepong proj.

I see, I agree the agents should not cover up their marketing material this way. Anyway if you are looking for sub 500k property in dpc. Thats as rare as a dodo bird... Currently there is a government official (only) project being planned for construction in dpc. Other than this... You can only aim menjalara or the united point project as alternatives.

dpc sales office and sales persons are only in waterfront. Anyone claims to sell dpc property outside waterfront are most likely trying to misled pontential customers.

There is another block besides the civil servant tower is for public...small size 500sf 400k up.

Look at the positive side. The success in arcadia might be a strong point for ws3 to do well too. The ppa1m is not as bad as low cost but it needs a.strict control over ownership.

If units r.not meant for ownership transfer for 10yrs with no tenancy allowed then I blif it's stil considered fair lo.

See lah how it pans out later ..Had a look at arcadia recently and it is looking very good..at least don't have colors like velocity..

I blif it was decided with econ pov. Not tat they not fighting but did they ever try to fight. For ppsb maybe tats the best decision. Noone is in position to comment or guess I think.

Maybe I ll make such decision too if I were in their shoes.

The land supposed to build low cost affordable housing like prmia or similar scheme. Heard ppsb fought hard to make it PPA1M and allowed them to build another block for private residential. If u know PPA1M, it is controlled by ministry of finance's project or programme. All JMB/MC and residents have submitted objection (except the most expensive enclave Mansion which was missing in the first meeting..unless they joined later on.. or else Booo). But no chance to get rid of it..u are fighting with MoF. Everyone just hope developer will reduce the density in both blocks or at least the private block.....good luck.
