I purposely went to Desa Park City during nighttime to see how it feels like.... Walau eh...... so nice. Its like living in oversea country. Also, i see a lot of people jogging and cycling around during nighttime. Some even brought their pets along. Macam relax je. I really cant wait to move in.

I found out one thing which pisses me off. Apparently, the 1800sqf that we pay for this WS3 is not 1800sqf after all. The ID that we engage to do ID work said PPC uses the outside brick as measurement. So, if the wall is thick, then it will eat into the actual size. So, out 1800sqf is actuall 1700sqf plus a bit only.
I dont know whether this is normal practice BUT feel cheated. |
