I see, I agree the agents should not cover up their marketing material this way. Anyway if you are looking for sub 500k property in dpc. Thats as rare as a dodo bird... Currently there is a government official (only) project being planned for construction in dpc. Other than this... You can only aim menjalara or the united point project as alternatives.
