I was at the new year near park n hear a muslim family comments about taman tercemal. Haram masuk ke dalam.

i hope the block doesn't change the dna of the whole desa park city...dog / pet friendly park is one of the main attraction for the public which will keep the mall vibrant..

i was also told this are higher ends gov housing meaning it is only for those higher level staff...

Someone shared with siudai bout ws3 vs aset kayamas

Hmm siudai thinks tat ws3 is not in the best loc at dpc but dun think it's comparable to any of highend ak product which buyers get almost full mof at low entry price Combo with huge community in the future.

Ws3 oso higher density in dpc hor. But hmm vs ak products ws3 is small dicky I guess.

Btw wats the package for ws3 again har??? Siudai din buy so not so sure. Mandatory 10% down with almost immediate spa executed??? Not sure got dropout unit due to loan issue boh.

But ak vely kind as I heard. Lenient to buyers with loan issue. But dun think got many dropout gua.

Great comparison thou fr tis gentleman. His guru memang produce different class of quality followers.

Btw ws3 balance left not more than 50 units with 20% down now. Kns ppsb make it double the dp of 10% during launching. Tak boleh pakai wei. And ws1 Ws2 ocp oso launched many yrs back hor. Any1 remember soldout of tis few condos during launching??? I onli know csm soldout within hrs. Csm lowest entry 1.7m if not mistaken many yrs ago. But hey ws3 was launched on 31.5.15? Or 2016? Kantoi.

The main contractor for this project, Grand Dynamics Builders, is one of the best i've seen so far. Working in construction industry, i do visit some project sites on and off and they certainly manage the project really well.

If I have the monies, i would definitely purchase a unit.

Ocp quality according to owners is tip top wo. I dunno. My access mostly limit to just the chee sor. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

1 thg gd is arcadia workmanship really gd for commi standard. No defect at all. But siudai is speaking on behalf la.

Ws3 so far so gd lvl 25 now. Fr outer look most owners r praying to get similar end results as ocp.

But ppsb has to improve fr the wooden flooring la. Engineer wood won't last long. Either sold wood or just tiles oso gd enuf to most I guess.

Ws3 is a value product for me esp with early bird discount. The problem is ws3 always depend on its core group of previous buyers and word of mouth from them via incentive. They hardly advertise their new launch (but alwiz boost the awards won though ) and never engage agents. By depending on a same and small pool of buyers, it is bound to have difficulty selling ur products fast in testing time. even monoland also face the same problem now.

It's great to hear that. :thumbsup: DCP owners deserve a good product for the price they pay. Or to be politically correct, every property buyers deserve a good product for the money they spent, no matter big or small. πŸ˜†
