The most it may reduce the density. To build is for sure. This Westside series all kaolat and good luck. In fact, ppls in dpc all know this Westside parcel is one of lousiest location in dpc. No surprise PPA1M or higher density cheaper abs prop of dpc to be built here. It already in the masterplan.

Dpc fr 1 end to another is like highest absolute to lowest absolute. Not sure if it's planned. Game plan here is alwiz landed. Wateva highrise oso has its limitation.

Central Park is alwiz the toking point with center of attention but many tried to avoid the high traffic if they can afford to pay higher price. Ws series used to b another option if wan a more peaceful environment. Not sure bout the future. The new access later on is a plus point to compensate wateva affecting ws series.

With ppa1m just next to the spk slip road maybe it ll affect spk more than ws series. Tats y spk oso protest against it. The project is no way can b scrapped but hope ppsb does sthg to manage the traffic. With the entire dpc pulis team now under ppsb payroll ws series buyers can onli hope for the beta. Nvr look back. Move on n spend time pushing for sthg rather than waste time whining for nothin.

Anyhow still plenty of new buyers r hunting down zenia and adiva due to the well managed amenities within parcel. Some hav chosen individual title props in safa and southlake cos they wanna reno gao gao which both hav no limitation on facade. Nadia and Adora r alwiz the ones left out. Being dark horses ll oso giv them time to prove they actually still alive.

Nadia and Adora is lagging because of its location on the other side vs zenia? Or is it more of the resident profile. I know Nadia is mainly occupied by initial movers from Kepong.

Not bout the location. Both nadia adora oso just next to adiva and zenia.

Reason being both r slightly smaller but of cos cheaper. Here many who who can pay would luv to hav bigger in size. Adora can't attract too many buyers mainly due to the low density where it ll incur higher in maintenance. Nadia actually hav at least half the props changed hand since yrs ago but mostly condo. Landed wise in nadia not many sellers. It's the oldest parcel hence buyers ll rather go for newer props. As mentioned size is oso an issue. Small families might find it suitable but at 1.8m or above buyers ll up the budget by 20% or so to get bigger size props.

Again fr time to time u ll c dead chicks wan. 1 of the nadia was sold at below 1.7m 2 yrs ago. However it's the least favorable design la.

went the show room and the sale girl do mention about the 900++ unit project and will be launched in mid 2017 - Eastside DPC
