Do with the common first. Just now I try one 3 stages evolution mon (charmander) but stop at the 2nd evolution. Candies not enough. Result is good so far  charmender - ember/flame charge (weakest) >>> charmeleon - scratch/power punch (mix middle) >>> charizard (coming soon. Hope it will move up to strongest moveset) wing attack/fire blast.  |

I have a 97.8% IV Eevee. Want to evolve it for attacking gyms. I have a randomly evolved Vaporean (low IV) and Flareon (perfect IV, low CP). What are my options? Rename it to Rainer and evolve?

Wanting another Vaporean is not a sure bet. Big possibility you still get Jolteon even if you name it Rainer. But there's nothing wrong to give it a try. Name it Rainer and hope for the best. Fed up with eevee. Renamed a 100% IV to rainer, x2 97% IV to pyro and sparky. All evolved out with bullshit skill set.
Evolved around 10 eevee with 80%++ IV, got 3 vaporean with hydro pump, 1 Flareon with fire blast and 1 Jolteon with thunder bolt.

nohorom lvl 21 now still cant find good eevee. still dont have eon eon eon, still no pokemon >1k CP, still no pokemon power2, then the sparky jolt rainer dah tak boleh pakai. then see rumours of another 2 new eevee evolution
