At Tiong Nam Setia Alam doing my 1k service. Quite a nice place here, with some light snacks, drinks and wifi.

My car also has the uneven rear exhaust issue and minor car misalignment (goes to the left). Lets see if they will rectify these issues
*
How's the experience? I sent my car for inspection last friday due to aircon issue and confirmed the part is faulty. Until today, they have not submitted report to Honda. Then customer service at Honda told me that they can't do anything without the report. Something wrong with their service.. Not sure is because I do not buy my car from there or not. Can see other owner get it fix within a week.

So I was driving the car yesterday and was using the auto brake hold. There was one time where the car actually jerked quite badly when coming into a stop.

Also, I noticed uneven acceleration during low speed less than 15km/h which also made the car jerk slightly. Anyone else have these problems?

Hmm I think is normal. More like the car is deciding the cvt gear ratio to higher or lower. Keep adjusting I think. If u use s mode then will not have this. This is what I guess Lo.

You need to press the brake all the way down and completely stop the car

Otherwise if you slow the car to 0km/h but there's still small movement to it, the Auto Hold Brake is like undecided whether to press for your or not. Hence the jerk

I think I'm pressing the brake. The car jerked when it was going to stop. Anyway, i guess i shouldn't use auto brake hold during traffic jam.

You need to train your foot - press brake firmly until the car stops, then only release your foot. If you release your foot before the car complete stops (about 0-1km/h) then the system wouldn't know to stop or go, hence the jerking.

Yea, upon further searching, it seems that it's quite common and most people said it's a characteristics of CVT.

Ok, thanks bro. Will keep that in mind when using the auto brake hold.

After the first time the jerking happens. I tend to press harder on the brake to make sure the auto brake hold light is on before i remove my leg from the brake pedal.

On a side note, anyone notice any problem with cruising at high speed?
http://www.civicx.com/threads/cvt-surging-up-and-down.1269/

Seems like its a common problem. Will have to test it out whether my car have this problem,

For the jerking, in traffic jam, try use 'S' mode to see if there is any different.

If you read the thread til the end, Honda already fixed it a long time ago, before even launching the Civic on our shores. So no worries there smile.gif

Will be getting my 1.8s next week, pending for registration.. Need some advice on tinted, between llumar highest spec (diamond 6) and raytech highest spec (centurion rx), which will fair better? Price quoted to me is similar..

For sales, raytech seems very friendly and convincing, but warranty 7 years.. Llumar is 10 years

I've tried both and almost all top end tint. I can say raytech is perhaps 10% better heat rejection (personal feeling) than diamond 6 but llumar is well known with its security film.
