agree with you. even JL in ducati, he fast then Dovi and push to limit but tire is worn fast and become main issue with him. but i think got most hater in motogp together with MM. hahaha now they in same team HRC.

i can imagine if he got the holeshot, mm is doing everything to keep fighting...
so its either jl alone infront (mm crashed)....or both battle together far2 away infront and MM wins ( boring race with only interesting action is on 3rd place fight behind)     

good to have his experiences at suzuki contributed towards his new team. aprillia has been really underperformed for such long times.

Hmm JL is really back with a vengeance! 2 wins in a row and now overtaking Dovi in the standings. This is like a slap in the face for Duc management. Credit to JL, again he proves that he is still one of the best. As for Dovi, it seems the pressure of JL being so strong now got to him.

Unfortunately the points standings is still too much gap in favor of MM, with VR also having a bit of margin to MV in 3rd. From 3rd to 10th though is super tight.

Yeah still need one more non scoring race from MM to make the championship more interesting, but at the same time also need VR or at least MV to win. Hopefully the next race in Assen will be it.

Gap top VR is 27pts, so if MM DNF once and VR wins then it reduces the gap to just 2 pts which is close enough, but for the rest of the field, need another DNF or a few low point finishes to catch up.

It would be good if VR can finally win 1 more time as his final swan song before retiring but seems unlikely coz MM is just too good. I like to see him win because right now he is already considered a slight underdog compared to MM, JL, or even MV & Dovi due to his old age. I like to see underdog wins.    However he needs Yamaha to give him a faster bike than Honda in order to beat MM and next year JL too. Or maybe next year MM will have his hands full with JL and they fight each other until VR can steal the title under their noses just like what Kimi did in F1 to Alonso & Lewis in 2007. 

I think at that point he already gave up with ducati internal politics...

and honda seems like a slightly easier bike to ride than ducati... (minus the straight line turbo power)
too bad.. probably he trying very hard to catch up his team mate in front within his eyesight...
they stick to the chassis.. but everything else have evolved... even with new cf swingarm....

engine mapping update is another key thing that helps improve honda domination this season (and last season)

I doubt JL can adapt so quickly to beat MM in the first year judging by how long it took him to finally beat Dovi, but maybe the Honda is easier to adapt, who knows.

so thats why pedrosa will announce next race only.. waiting for those 2 signing MOU
