I was talking to a maxis officer on the phone on iPhone 7. He told me this year maybe only new number is eligible to buy iPhone and not existing customer. I say what? Are you kidding? If that is true for luck to maxis else the officer don't know where he got such stupid info that is completely against marketing strategy. It happens during iPhone 5s time only new number can buy iPhone online.

I think is for long term and with that kind of amount i think is reasonable. Because i use my Ip 5 since the first date launched until now, the phone still work perfectly. hehe

I still am using iPhone 4s. But once iPhone 7 releases in Malaysia, I will get it. Cause my iPhone 4s cannot update to new iOs. So must change de.

Then what's the point of asking customers to get their Maxis Online Account ready (which requires paying off their bills and using principal line) for Pre-order when they don't even plan to allow existing customer to pre-order online? If it's really true about them not allowing current customer to pre-order, its gonna be stupid because they will be losing even more customers as existing customers might just get fed up and port out ordering from other Telcos

Maxis really don't care about their customer
in their mind only got oneplan, which target heavy user
how about those light user doh.gif
and not everyone can afford such expensive plan (minimum RM 98 per month)

at the end of the story, Maxis didn't listen to its customer needs and wants
guess they should go back and study their marketing strategy whistling.gif
